"Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you." - Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Ashley Rhoads Marra is an associate at Geraghty Stockman and has been with the firm since July 2021. She focuses her practice in civil litigation and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.

She has previous work experience clerking for two Florida law firms. One of the firms focused specifically on all avenues of intellectual property law. She had the opportunity to assist attorneys on both federal and state intellectual property litigation cases, as well as Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cases. She also drafted and filed federal trademark and copyright applications, state trademark applications, and assisted clients by performing trademark monitoring and research in aiding the protection of the clients’ trademark portfolios. At the second firm, she assisted attorneys within the insurance defense department with all aspects of the litigation process.

While in law school, she was able to focus her education on one of her biggest passions: human trafficking prevention. While there, she worked both as a research and teaching assistant for the human trafficking professor at Stetson Law, focusing her research on labor trafficking within the agribusiness industry.

Ashley is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, and spends her free time reading and playing with her dog, Renegade.

Professional and Civil Affiliations: Ashley is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, a member of the Calusa Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Lee County Chapter.
