Justin practices a wide range of civil litigation, involving areas of commercial and business litigation, including contract, commission, and restrictive covenant disputes, as well as real estate, landlord/tenant, local government, personal injury and employment matters. Justin is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Justin is a Florida native, who moved to Fort Myers, Florida as a young kid in the late 80’s. Upon graduating from North Fort Myers High School in 2001, he attended the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Decision Information Science in 2005. Between undergraduate and law school, he began practicing commercial real estate with Corbin Henderson Company in downtown Fort Myers, where he still hangs his license.
Justin is a firm believer of giving back to his community and does so with donating his time to charitable and governmental organizations. Justin has been on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Lee County Florida since 2010 and a member of the Executive Board since 2012. Currently, he serves as the Board Governance Chair and assists BGCLC with its organizational structure and governing documents. In addition, Justin also volunteered his time to serve on the Planning Board for the City of Fort Myers from 2018-2021 and was Board Chair during 2021.
Lastly, Justin has received several professional accolades in the legal profession, including but not limited to being given the designations of a Rising Star in 2019 and Super Lawyer in 2022, as well as receiving a High Ethical Standing and Distinguished rating for High Professional Achievement from Martindale-Hubbell.
